Step 1: Health Assessment - No Cost

Complete online questionnaire. It will include all medical information and recent bloodwork as well. I will include your doctor in our program by writing them a letter. For 4 days record everything you eat, your exercise, sleep, and mood. 2 week days and 2 weekend days. I want to understand your current habits so we can develop a program you will actually stick to. I will review results and provide recommendations.

Step 2: Get a Healthy Habits Plan - No Cost

I will work with you to provide a simple and personalized Meal, Exercise, and Stress Management Plan. Please see Healthy Habits Plan.

Step 3: Get support - Monthly Cost

Please see Support Options. This is where the magic happens. Pay Month to Month no long term contracts.

Step 4: Take Action - Included in Support Cost

I will make an appointment to come to your home or office to do the following:

  • Take your measurements for official weigh in
  • Set your goals with you and determine how you can to stay motivated
  • Determine how you are going to organize yourself
  • Make sure you are set up online for our seminars and groups
  • Assess your environment (ie cleaning cupboards or work environment) to ensure you are set up for success
  • Make sure you have appropriate weighing utensils and scales
  • Make sure you have a space for quiet-time
  • I can meet with your family as well to discuss support 
  • Anything else you think is necessary to ensure your success!!!!
